Ian has more than 20 years’ experience of managing and delivering services to commercial, research, healthcare, military, education, residential and industrial properties around the world. He has worked both on the client side and as a contractor, and uses this combined experience to lead the management team in the region.
Miles brings over 25 years global experience working as a Senior Operations Director, and Facilities & HSSEQ Director within various international organisations to CBFM. His experience and skill-set centre around re-engineering processes, strategy definition, strong business management, budgetary and team building skills coupled with operational successes within a broad range of industries, namely manufacturing, construction, real estate, facilities management, energy (power and oil & gas), logistics and the Ministry of Defence (MOD).
Martin has over 25 years of financial management experience in a variety of sectors including telecommunications, IT, railway engineering and operations, as well as project management consultancy. During this time, he has led a variety of teams and projects in strategic and business planning, financial and management accounting, systems roll out, organisational change, investment appraisal, bidding, internal control frameworks and contract management. Originally from the UK, Martin is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant, and has worked in the UK, France, Qatar and the UAE.
With over 25 years of commercial and operational experience in outsourced services, Vincent previously worked as UK Director of Sales for Cofely (Engie Services) and has spent the past 7 years in the Middle East managing and developing FM services and consultancy organisations. As CBDO, he is responsible for motivating and delivering the group’s growth strategy across sectors and countries. Vincent’s passion is to deliver innovative client solutions whilst leveraging the group’s unique capabilities and local reach, and to provide increased financial return on assets and optimal energy use whilst contributing to the environment.
Bart joined Cofely Services in Belgium in 2004, and moved to Cofely Besix Facility Management in 2009 as Facility Manager for the world’s tallest building, Burj Khalifa. He has been involved in construction, project management and contract mobilisation for a range of customers, including data centres and commercial premises. Bart holds membership with the BIM Institute for energy management, MEFMA and European Data Center Knowledge Management Group.
Khaled has more than 20 years’ experience of facilities management in the region, including time spent in Jordan, Saudi Arabia and the UAE. He has extensive knowledge of project management and MEP maintenance on all types of installation, from commercial and residential buildings to factories and industrial plants. With a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Jordan University, Khaled is a member of IFMA, MEFMA, ASHRAE and the Jordan Engineering Society.
With over 10 years of comprehensive experience in HR management in the UAE, Caroline has a vast knowledge of employee engagement, manpower planning and recruitment, as well as structuring and implementing policies, payroll administration, budget analysis, performance process management, driving employee engagement initiatives, and monitoring statutory compliance at all levels. She is also deft in the UAE Labour Law as well as designing and facilitating training modules. As a strategic HR business partner she believes in driving initiatives to realise bottom line results and enhancing employee engagement in the pursuit of organisation objectives.
Chula has over 30 years’ experience working within various facets of procurement. He is responsible for managing the functions of procurement, sub-contracts and strategic supply-chain management. His main goal is to lead the procurement team through the various processes to meet the material and sub-contract requirements of individual sites efficiently and economically. Chula’s role also includes measuring the performance of the key procurement activities in order to align the departmental goals with CBFM’s overall company vision and mission.
Andre has more than 17 years of experience in quality, health and safety, and environmental management in areas ranging from utilities and infrastructure to manufacturing and telecommunications. He brings considerable hands-on know-how with his knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001. Andre holds membership with the American Society of Safety Engineers, Institute of Safety and Health, MEFMA and South African Institute of Safety Management.
Balu is responsible for all aspects of finance, including reporting performance, financial control, financial planning and treasury. He brings more than 15 years of experience in corporate accounting, auditing, implementing financial software, cash flow management, cost accounting and management experience in the Middle East and Asia. He holds ACA and Dip IFRS (ACCA).
