Our company is certified to ISO 9001:2008. This guarantees a recognized level of service quality. The COFELY Services Quality Management System (QMS) provides for performance measurement based on predetermined standards.ISO 9001:2008, we strive to improve the quality of the services we provide to meet client requirements as well as existing legislation and regulations. This leads to continued improvement in the organization’s performance in meeting objectives and providing client satisfaction.
To measure our performance with our clients, we have implemented a set of tools according to contractual agreement, such as:
- Visit schedules to assess the quality of maintenance provided and management systems
- CMMS monitoring reports
- Monthly operating reports
- Customer Satisfaction Survey, etc.
Product realization is defined in the various quality procedures, which are based on the requirements of Standard ISO 9001:2008, and on the company’s quality policy according to the complexity of tasks, methods used, skills and training necessary for the personnel assigned to execute the tasks. The company has documented, implemented and made effective processes to plan and control the elements of the quality system.
